Sparrow House is a 2000 square foot home with 2 acres available to rent for shoots and events. Our historic, Carpenter Gothic Victorian has a large living room, kitchen, library, screening room, 5 bedrooms, wireless internet, hardwood floors and stunning riverfront views.
